Turmeric Tea (Golden Milk) Recipe

The power of Turmeric is amazing, and this little herb, and oil can greatly reduce inflammation in the body so the body can do what it was meant to do... "get rid of the junk" so the adventure can be enjoyed. I have loved learning about this oil and incorporating into my life daily.. I use it topically for acne and then internally to support healthy cell proliferation and as anti-inflammatory.
Turmeric is a powerful oil that contains a chemical continent, called curcumin, which gives it its bright yellow color and its powerful detox properties, as well as an effective antioxidant. This herb has been used for 100's of years in India and with those that practice Ayruvedic medicine. There are many studies pointing to the power and potency of turmeric that you can dig into.
I have enjoyed using Turmeric both internally and topically. It supports healthy, radiant skin and is great for topical use to reduce impurities and zap those zits. I have taken it internally in a veggie cap with some other oils to support healthy cell proliferation, healthy metabolism, and detox and support my liver.

~1 dash of black pepper
~ 1 Tsp. of Ghee or coconut oil, or MCT oil.
~ 1 drop of of Ginger Essential Oil
~ 2 drops of Turmeric  Essential Oil

Add all the ingredients except essential oils to a stove top and stir until nice and warm for drinking temperature.
~ Then add your essential oils to the mixture and pour the mixture into a blender, blend tech, or magic bullet and mix... Then pour into your favorite mug and you will have a frothy, delicious Turmeric Latte. Its really divine, but it is also full of powerhouse benefits.
Love to hear how your turmeric Golden Milk Latte turned out!!!
